In a group of 3, critically analyze  a chapter from Invincible Cities by Italo Calvino, then produce a painting or model to espress the chapter. The topic our group has chosen is Continuos Cities, which talk about 5 cities with a common point-expanding. The five chapters description is stated below:-

 

1. LEONIA city. This is a luxurious city with new items everyday and throw away the old items to the outskirt city. When time goes by, the rubbish is getting more and more and the cleaner is going even far to dump the unused items.

2.TRUDE city. A city with different airport but at the end of the day, the plane will always land at the same city.

3.PROCEPIA city. Every year when the author visits Procepia, the only thing he realises is the increasing of population of the city.

4.CECILIA city. Two cities is expanding at the same time. Until the author met a missing goatherd who he met a few years ago in another city. They finally met at the mid point of the two cities.

5.PENTHESILEA city. Author has never enter the city as he walked pass a few gate and houses but not the city itself. Or may be the outside of Penthesilea does not have an exist, itself is part of the city.
